Over 70 clubs involved over 50 locations covering the country on same day same time all meets will go live as well on all social media platforms come show your support and awareness for mental health press are covering this event we will move off at 4:30pm to a different location this is a free event and every one is welcome go to m&s car park following a 1 minute silence then make some noise all will be live ….. check with your local club as theses cover from Scotland to London Wales
