Description
As the name suggests, this will be a 1200+ mile (depending on your
route) around the UK in any vehicle of your choice as long as it stands out!

*We will be finishing by taking part in the Llandudno
Transport Festival, that is twinned with the Llandudno Extravaganza, an event
that regularly attracts more than 250,000 visitors over the weekend.
Price for the whole event will include:
· Accommodation each night Mon 25th
April to Sun 1st May (inclusive)*
· Medals for all participants
· Certificates for each team / vehicle
· Small decal pack or plaque
· Trophies for best car etc
· Cash prizes
· Donation to our nominated 2022
charity (TBC)
· Entry to the Llandudno transport

*All accommodation will be 3 Star or higher hotels and will
be included on a Bed & Breakfast rating at the following hotels,

· These hotels are managed by the same
group, “The Britannia Group”.
· Price quoted is based on two people
sharing a double or twin room.
· Children aged between 3-12 are 50%
when sharing with 2 adults.
· There are single room supplements,
price upon request.
·
Additional
accommodation for more than two team members can be added, price upon request.
This event is also being supported by a team of volunteer
administrators.
Can we raise funds for charity?
If you should wish to raise funds during your trip, please
feel free to do so, however, do not feel obliged to raise funds, as a
percentage of your entry fee for the event, will be donated to our nominated
charity.
Other things to consider.
· Vehicle must be fully insured for all
drivers.
· Vehicle must have valid tax and in
date MOT
· Team can consist of 2 members
(Additional members welcome but will incur extra accommodation costs)
· Advisable to hold some form of
breakdown recovery.
Will we receive backup and support on the route?
You need to remember; this is a challenge
event with NO technical support teams in massive
transporters to help you along. This is NOT Formula 1!!!
You are on your own, but due to the nature of the event, you
will never be left behind……….. (We Hope)
Where do we stand legally?
There are obviously rules to abide by and you must always
carry certain documentation with you such as a valid driving license.
Registration for the event, every team member will sign an
agreement to accept the rules and regulations set down by the organisers and a
disclaimer which will indemnify the organisers of any legal recourse.
As with many motoring events, this is standard procedure.
Please be aware of the rules of the road in each of the
counties that we visit.

Prizes at the end of the rally
There will be a prize pot of money set aside (amount TBC) and
will be split between the following,
· Best decorated vehicle (1st,
2nd & 3rd)
· Spirit of the event award (One only)
We actively encourage EVERYONE taking part to decorate
their vehicle as this is huge part of the event, some people may go a bit
overboard and some may just put a few stickers or flags on the car……. Both ends
of the scale are ok with us.
Fancy Dress is always fun and encouraged, the Wackier the
better. (not mandatory).
